For individuals: Guided individual sessions of body and mind integration and healing. Your body can tell the stories that words cannot express to lead to greater well-being.

For groups: Facilitated group sessions to explore body, mind, and emotions. Participants experience their inner creativity for well-being evolving in presence of others.
